Doug Bopst is a personal trainer and author of “Faith Family Fitness,” “From Felony to Fitness to Free” and "The Heart of Recovery." He is a former felon and drug addict, who chose to use his time locked up to beat his demons and reinvent himself. He is now on a mission to help others integrate the lessons he learned. He has been featured nationally in media outlets such as the Today Show, Men's Health, Goalcast, Cheddar, Dr. Drew, Thrive Global, One37pm, Brobible, and others. He was recognized as one of the 12 Fitness Heroes by the Baltimore Sun in 2015. Bopst currently lives in the Greater Baltimore area.
